CHURCH BY-LAW AMENDMENTS: In accordance with Article VII Section 2 of the RCC By-Laws, any active member of the assembly proposing amendment(s) for the 2019 Annual Members Meeting must submit the proposal(s) in writing no later than February 15. Any proposed amendment(s) must be publicly announced by the Lead Pastor or Secretary of the Board at each gathering on the two Sundays prior to the date of the members meeting. ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS WORKSHOP: Saturday, March 2, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm at the Parkside campus (800 3rd Street in Oakmont). Crisis intervention is often called "emotional/spiritual first-aid." This workshop is designed to teach participants the fundamentals and proper protocols for assisting individuals in the throws of crisis situations, and is especially helpful to those who participate in Connect/Contribute groups. The only cost is the willingness to “bear one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ” Galatians 6:2. NEW-TO-KNOW SESSION: Sunday, March 17. If you are new(er) to Riverside, we know there are things that you probably want to know. The “New-to-Know” sessions will provide a time for this following both services on Sunday, March 17. This is a great starting point for you to get to know what is going on here at Riverside! ANNUAL MEMBERS NIGHT: Sunday, March 17 at 6 pm at the Mills campus. Come for a time of fellowship and refreshments preceding the meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting; however, all Active Members are expected to come and review the reports and conduct the official business of the church. Two deacon positions are open for election to the Official Board. Nursery will be provided for children from birth through age 3.

MENS RETREAT - LEFT SIDE, STRONG SIDE: March 22-24 at Seneca Bible Camp. Gentlemen, join us as we dig into what it looks like when we start to hold each other accountable. We will study God’s word, enjoy some great fellowship, and just have a good time hanging out. The cost is $110 and includes food and lodging. Sign-ups start Feb 22. THE BLESSING BOARD - FURNISHING HOMES WITH LOVE: Your partnership in volunteering and providing the Gospel and furniture, household goods, and financial support means more than you know. Please bless more families by donating your gently used furniture items, appliances, and household goods. The Blessing Board offers both drop off times at their Oakmont location (140 Pennsylvania Avenue) and residential pickups.
